We want to see you! Mark March 24th on your calendar and join us for a public meeting at 7:00pm at the Edgewater Community Hall. During the meeting, we will review the survey results and present draft policies, proposed ESA Development Permits and mapping for review and comment.

Project Goal:

The current Steamboat – Jubilee Mountain OCP was adopted in 2006. This planning process provides an opportunity to:

  • update the land use policies with the current views of the community;
  • include development permits for environmentally sensitive areas within the plan area; and
  • re-visit the community’s vision for the commercial core in Edgewater.
