The proposed plan area includes the existing area covered by the 1999 version with the addition of the remainder of the Taynton Creek Watershed to the east and privately held parcels in the Spring Creek Watershed to the north of Toby Creek. The inclusion of the additional land within the plan area recognizes the importance of the future use and/or conservation of these lands in relation to the current plan area.
