In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
When you visit the RDEK's website, you do so anonymously there is no need to tell us who you are. The RDEK does not automatically collect any personal information, such as your name, phone number, address, or email. Personal information is only obtained if you supply it voluntarily through contacting us via email, online forms, or by providing consent.
Any personal information that we do collect from you will only be used for the purpose of administering our services, informing you of our services, projects and initiatives, and for statistical purposes.
The RDEK is the sole owner of the information collected on its website. We will not sell, share, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any organization or individual, unless we notify you and obtain your consent.
2. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill intended purposes.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
