Our communities thrive because of volunteers, and now is the time to recognize the individuals who make a difference. We invite you to look around your community and nominate those who generously give their time, talents, and heart without expecting anything in return for our annual Electoral Area Volunteer of the Year Awards.

Nominees must be full-time residents of an RDEK Electoral Area (and not reside within an incorporated municipality) and must make voluntary contributions that positively impact the spirit, culture, or people of their community or area.

The nomination deadline is February 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

If you are submitting a nomination, please include as much detail as possible about the nominee’s contributions and accomplishments.
