Central Site Progress

• The Micro Hydro Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Project is underway and is anticipated to be substantially complete by November 22.
  • Solar photovoltaic systems use solar radiation to generate electricity and a zero emission, quiet, and versatile energy source. This project will use solar power to help run the equipment needed to process the compost.
• The Grinder/Mixer is being ordered and fall delivery is anticipated this fall.
• The lock block headwalls partially constructed and we are awaiting the delivery of remaining lock blocks.

Invermere Site Progress

• The BC Hydro electrical supply design is in process.
• The Grinder/Mixer is being ordered.

Sparwood

• The BC Hydro electrical supply design is in process.
• The Grinder/Mixer is being ordered.

NEXT STEPS:

Some of the next steps will be to begin the excavation and concrete work for the receiving pads, completing electrical for all three sites, receiving and installing the grinder/mixers and completing shaping around the receiving pads.
