The Fairmont Creek Debris Flow Hazard & Risk Assessment and Mitigation Options project is underway.

This work is required because the current plan is old, outdated and several events have transpired since it was completed. The contract was awarded to BGC Engineering who will update the existing Assessment to include recent events and constructed infrastructure, and recommend additional mitigation measures if necessary.
